About the Role
Team Flex Albion Park is searching for a passionate, driven, people‑first Store Manager to lead daily operations, deliver unforgettable customer experiences, and develop a high‑performing team.
Reporting directly to the Area Manager, you will:
Lead, coach, and inspire your team to hit store targets and deliver elite customer service
Build strong customer relationships and be the face of the store's community
Manage stock levels, merchandising, and operational standards
Drive store KPIs and create strategies for continual improvement
Oversee opening/closing procedures and ensure exceptional cleanliness & presentation
Maintain a strong knowledge of sports supplements, health products, and industry trends

We're seeking a Store Manager who has:
Previous retail or hospitality leadership experience (2 IC or Manager)
Minimum 1 year of retail or hospitality leadership experience
A natural ability to sell, connect, and build customer relationships
Strong communication skills and a people‑first mindset
A genuine passion for supplements, training, and healthy living
Good personal knowledge of supplements and fitness required at start
High organisational skills and the ability to manage store operations
The drive to build an incredible team culture and exceed KPIs
