Quality Assurance Role

Main Responsibilities
* Provide reporting tools to increase performance aligned with KPI's.
* Report site performance weekly to the Performance Manager.
* Work closely with teams to implement new processes to improve performance.
* Undertake site audits as per requirements set out with the Performance Manager.
* Provide training on contract obligations and program requirements.
* Maintain spreadsheets and formal documentation of activities.
* Support sites through all processes required to achieve high performance.
* Hold responsibility for ensuring Provider Performance Reviews represent high performance.
About You
* Experience and qualifications in employment services, health, human, social or community services.
* Tertiary education in Administration, Compliance or similar.
* Strong relationship building and communication skills.
* A strategic thinker with strong attention to detail and a drive to achieve targets.
* Ability to develop networks.
* Ability to work autonomously to achieve targets.
* Flexible, dynamic and a team player.
