HP Indigo Label Printer / Digital Press Operator

We are currently seeking an HP Indigo Label Printer / Digital Press Operator to join our production team. Experience on an HP Indigo label press is preferred; however, we are happy to train the right candidate who has experience operating a cut-sheet HP Indigo, as well as provide full training on our finishing systems.
What You'll Be Doing
* Operating and maintaining HP Indigo digital presses (label or cut-sheet)
* Running production jobs with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and consistency
* Operating ABG Digicon finishing equipment (full training provided)
* Managing premium embellishment processes, including:
* Hot foil stamping
* Embossing
* Screen printing
* Setting up machines accurately for each job and ensuring optimal performance
* Troubleshooting print and finishing issues as they arise
* Working closely with the production team to deliver high-end labels that exceed client expectations
What We're Looking For
* Experience in label or commercial printing (digital, offset, or flexographic)
* HP Indigo experience highly regarded (label press preferred; cut-sheet experience welcomed)
* Experience or interest in embellishment and finishing processes
* Strong attention to detail and pride in producing premium-quality work
* Ability to learn, maintain, and efficiently run printing and finishing equipment
* A proactive, reliable team player who can also work independently
