The Human Resources Officer will provide generalist human resource information, and administration support to the CEO, management and staff of the Community Gateway.

**Selection criteria**
**Essential**
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources and/or Business Administration with a minimum of 2 years relevant working experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of statutory requirements relevant to Human Resource Management
- Demonstrated knowledge and skills in interpreting and communicating IR and HR principles, policies, and procedures to work practices.
- Demonstrated ability to work under general direction to achieve high quality results by taking shared responsibility for setting priorities, organising workloads, and meeting prescribed or self-imposed deadlines in a team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to always maintain confidentiality.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft and database programs
**Desirable**
- Knowledge of My Recruitment Plus database
- Understanding of Payroll processing requirements
**Additional requirements**
- Current NSW Drivers licence.
- A National Criminal History Records check
