About This Role
This position combines hands‐on restoration work with supervisory responsibilities. You will be responsible for delivering high‐quality restoration services while leading and supporting a team to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
* Perform water, fire, mould, and storm damage restoration works across a range of sites
* Conduct site assessments, including moisture readings, damage reporting, and scoping of works
* Develop, implement, and monitor drying plans to ensure effective restoration outcomes
* Operate, maintain, and manage restoration equipment (including dehumidifiers, air movers, and drying systems)
* Lead, mentor, and support restoration technicians on‐site, fostering a productive team environment
Requirements
* Minimum 2+ years' experience in restoration (water, fire, mould, or related fields)
* Strong understanding of restoration processes, equipment, and industry standards
* Current driver's licence
* Strong work ethic with a hands‐on, proactive attitude
* Excellent communication and problem‐solving skills
* Well‐organised with the ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities
