About The Role
We are seeking a new Showroom Manager to lead our Canberra Showroom. Well suited to a natural born mentor and leader with a hungry passion for retail sales, this position oversees the vibrant and successful consultants to ensure they are hitting store budgets and targets as set by the business. You will also provide training and coaching as the team grows and keep the motivation going! This role will be rostered to include a weekend day.
What You'll Do
* Develop a strong knowledge of the huge Coco Republic product range
* Oversee staff and lead the Sales culture by with your proven track record in selling and leading sales people
* Provide support and training to a Design/Sales team of 8
* Ensure the showroom presentation is to an impeccable standard at all times (including conducting some \"fluffing and puffing\")
* Champion all daily showroom administrative tasks, making sure data is checked for accuracy and compliance
* Handle escalated customer complaints and follow up with a positive result
Who You Are
* Demonstrated experience as a Showroom Manager and Leader in a retail environment
* High level of organisation with excellent communication skills
* Exposure to a sales CRM system
* Experience managing and allocating monthly rosters for a large team
* Ability to affect change and drive a sales result
* Strong ability to build rapport with high-end customers, and a knack for teaching others how to close the sale on the spot
* True passion for high-end/designer brands
