About The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team in this critical and high-impact role, providing high-level organisational and administrative support to the Director, Service Delivery. This position plays a key role in enabling effective leadership, strong governance, and the smooth operation of a complex and busy directorate.
Responsibilities
* Providing high-level executive, secretarial, and administrative support to the Director to support effective decision‐making and time management.
* Managing diaries, correspondence, communications, and competing priorities to ensure deadlines and commitments are met.
* Preparing and coordinating briefings, correspondence, and ministerial responses within variable and often tight timeframes.
* Supporting reporting, presentations, travel arrangements, and conference coordination for the Director and Directorate.
