Senior Technical Lead - Network & Infrastructure
Our client operates at the forefront of Australia's data centre sector, and they are currently undergoing significant expansion in their Australian operations.
Due to team growth in Sydney, they're seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Lead to own the design, governance and delivery of network and infrastructure platforms across OT data centre environments.

* Own technical outcomes across network and infrastructure delivery
* Lead and support build teams through hands‐on guidance and technical direction
* Drive HA and failure‐mode testing, troubleshooting and remediation
* Develop and maintain technical standards, documentation and runbooks
* Continuously improve platform reliability, resilience and automation
Expertise needed:
* 8+ years in enterprise or critical infrastructure environments
* Strong OT/IT domain experience
* Relevant certifications (Juniper JNCIS/JNCIP, Microsoft, Dell, MIST)
Network:
* Juniper switching/routing (EX, QFX, MX), VXLAN/EVPN fabric design
* SRX and Fortinet firewalls; MIST, SD-Cloud, FortiManager
* Advanced troubleshooting (Wireshark, DNS, fault isolation)
Compute & Virtualisation:
* Dell HCI (VxRail / Azure Stack HCI), Microsoft Hyper‐V
* Large‐scale MSSQL platform deployment and administration
* Windows Server; Linux fundamentals (RHEL, Ubuntu)
* PowerShell and modern automation / AI tooling
