Service Administrator Job Description
This role involves managing operational processes for the service team, working closely with administration, Regional Service Manager, and Acquisition teams.
The ideal candidate will have qualifications or experience in administration, a focus on delivering high-quality results, and excellent organisation and time management skills.
Key responsibilities include creating new jobs, reviewing quotes, and supporting technician's workload planning.
* Manage new reactive and breakdown jobs in the system
* Review new quotes and ensure deployment forecast is accurate
* Support Technician's workload planning and collaborate with the Fulfillment Manager
* Process Purchase Orders for service activities and liaise with the credit function
* Manage work-related reports and timesheets
Required Skills and Qualifications

* Qualifications or experience in administration (desirable)
* Self-motivation and a focus on delivering high-quality results
* Effective communication skills - both written and verbal
* Liaising with customers/suppliers and coordinating resolution of issues or queries arising in a timely and effective manner
* High-developed customer focus
* High level of attention to detail
* Excellent organisation and time management skills
* Good computer skills
