Territory Sales Manager – Ruminant – Western QLD. Permanent, full‐time position based in South West QLD covering Maranoa, Balonne, and Central Western territories. This role offers competitive remuneration and benefits and is an opportunity to join a global leader in animal health.

What You Will Do

As a Territory Sales Manager, you'll be at the forefront of profiling, promoting, and driving sales of our industry‐leading OTC BioPharma and ID products for production animals. You'll build lasting relationships with primary producers, rural distributors, veterinarians, and key agricultural influencers, and provide technical support and product training.

Responsibilities

* Develop and execute strategic business plans in collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager.
* Engage distributor and end‐user populations with tailored tactics to maximise sales.
* Drive brand campaigns, deliver point‐of‐sale materials and execute marketing strategies.
* Train distributor teams and work directly with livestock producers.
* Scout new product and market opportunities.
* Report on local market intelligence to inform strategy.
* Build relationships with key opinion leaders, veterinary professionals and rural influencers.
* Deliver compelling presentations that showcase the value and science behind our brands.
* Maintain up‐to‐date CRM data and support targeted digital marketing.
* Own career development and training with support from management.

Qualifications

We are looking for a driven professional with the following qualifications.

* Extensive and relevant commercial experience in a Territory Sales role (Agricultural, FMCG, pharmaceutical, or similar industry).
* Strong commercial instincts and key‐account management skills.
* Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‐building abilities.
* Experience with CRM systems, territory management and sales tracking.
* Ability to work independently in regional settings while staying connected with the team.
* Data‐driven mindset comfortable analysing sales and market trends.
* Creative, resilient and passionate about improving Australian farmers' and animals' lives.
