**Gaming & Duty Managers | Pub Bistro | Gisborne**
**The Company**
My client runs a highly successful Pub/Hotel group with 7 well known venues across Victoria and more to come. They are seeking Gaming Supervisors and Duty Managers to become apart of the senior team in their newly renovated Gisborne Venue. This Pub/Bistro is open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner, comprising of indoor and outdoor dining, sports bar, gaming TAB. This group prides themselves on delivering outstanding customer service with a relaxed friendly atmosphere, hoping to capture the opportunity to bring families together.
**The Role**
You will be working closely with the Executive Management team to provide the ultimate customer experience. Assisting with overseeing all aspects of the Venue. Seeking an individual who has a minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role and the ability to work on a rotating roster, including some nights and weekends.
**What you bring to the role**
Successful applicants with have the excellent knowledge in the following:
- Gaming and TAB operations
- Food and Beverage service.
- Ability to lead and manage a large team
- A hands on approach to all set tasks
- Ability to handle high pressure situations
- Some knowledge and experience in preparation of staff rosters within budgetary constraints whilst providing excellent customer service
- Excellent knowledge in stock control and management
- Ability to motivate and train staff
- Current RSA, RSG, Victorian Gaming Licence, TAB Accreditation & Licence's First Steps
- Strong communication skills and be customer service driven
- Deliver accurate reporting as required
- Ensure consistency both front and back of house
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with an ability to work well in a team
- Up to date knowledge of food, beer and wine trends
- Previous experience in a senior role of a busy multi department hotel (gaming, bistro, bottle shop, kitchen, bar & TAB and functions)
- Be available to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- A professional, mature and confident personality and impeccable grooming
