Business Development Specialist
The primary objective of this role is to develop and expand our sales portfolio by building strong relationships with existing customers and establishing new connections. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a profitable sales territory and consistently delivering on-target sales performance.
Main Responsibilities:
* Plan and execute strategies to achieve sales targets while minimizing costs.
* Conduct thorough market research to gather intelligence on products, prices, promotions, and discounts.
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly and professionally to all queries and concerns.
* Maintain open communication channels with customers regarding complaints or issues, taking proactive steps to resolve them efficiently.
* Offer product training and support to customers as needed.
* Nurture positive relationships with colleagues across various levels of the organization.
* Pursue new business opportunities through strategic planning and networking.
* Represent the company at conferences and trade events as required.
* Regularly contribute to and report sales progress within our CRM system.
* Participate in pharmacovigilance activities when requested.
Educational Background & Work Experience:
* A minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare sales; prior experience selling similar products is highly advantageous.
