About the Role
We are currently searching for a motivated and enthusiastic Chef to join our close‐knit team on part‐time basis at our superb venue Breakers Country Club in Wamberal, NSW.
As a Chef, your role will consist of preparing and cooking a variety of dining options while maintaining the highest standards and executing high‐quality, wholesome and well‐presented meals for our customers to ensure that we continue to create memorable experiences.
Key Duties
* Manage efficient and high‐quality food preparation.
* Maintain presentation and consistency of food served.
* Service and prepare for all bistro and function meals.
* Monitor stock levels and complete stock rotations.
* Ensure compliance with food handling practices and general cleaning duties.
* Create a positive guest experience by delivering a high level of food quality.
About You
To be successful for this role, you should have the following:
* Previous experience working in a high‐paced kitchen.
* Hold a Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery.
* Hold a Food Handling Certificate.
* Exceptional communication skills.
* Ability to work a flexible roster, which includes days, nights, weekends and public holidays.
