Reporting directly to the CEO and Board, your role combines strategy and execution.
One day you might lead a product trial in the factory, and the next, review innovation pipeline priorities or collaborate on packaging ideas with marketing.Here's what you'll be doing:Leading all new product, packaging, and process development initiativesWorking closely with production, QA, and operations teams on innovation trialsUsing data and insights to inform commercially viable new product conceptsProviding clear leadership and mentoring future product leadersContributing to strategic decisions as a member of the executive teamYour core talents:You're someone who loves food, knows how to lead, and gets things done.
