Job Overview
The Parts Manager is responsible for leading and developing the parts team, ensuring a premium customer experience across all channels, managing stock levels, ordering and inventory accuracy, interpreting parts correctly, and supporting workshop productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate the parts team to achieve departmental KPIs and financial targets.
* Deliver exceptional customer service and communication skills through all channels.
* Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, optimize ordering processes, and ensure high-quality stock management.
* Provide expert interpretation of parts and support the efficient operation of workshops.
* Build strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to drive business success.
