About the Role
* Coordinate daily schedules: Assign and organise jobs to ensure technicians are dispatched efficiently.
* Oversee workflow: Monitor the day's run, adjust bookings, and handle urgent changes.
* Outbound communication: Call customers to confirm appointments, provide updates, and gather job details.
* Post‑service check‑ins: Follow up after jobs to ensure satisfaction and book any required follow‑up work.
* Promote services: Share relevant service options and assist with additional bookings.
* Use dispatch tools: Operate scheduling software and messaging systems to keep records accurate and communication smooth.
* Team collaboration: Work with technicians and the customer service team to maintain efficiency and deliver a great customer experience.
What We're Looking For
* An excellent communicator who enjoys speaking with customers and leading conversations.
* Previous experience working within a trades business.
* Organised, detail‑focused, and able to juggle multiple tasks at once.
* Can confidently manage schedules, adjust plans, and solve problems quickly.
* Works well with technicians and office staff to keep jobs flowing smoothly.
* Is comfortable using scheduling software, messaging tools, and digital systems.
* Brings a positive attitude, reliability, and a team‑first mindset.
