Relationship Associate – Maxxia
Maxxia, part of the McMillan Shakespeare Group (MMSG), offers expertise in salary packaging, novated leasing, and related financial services. The Relationship Associate will manage their own portfolio of clients and generate sales opportunities within those accounts.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain relationships with a variety of clients including Corporate, Not For Profit, Government and Health organisations.
* Run onsite initiatives to enhance employees' participation in salary packaging benefits.
* Execute engagement plans with clients across all employer sites to facilitate product education via multiple channels.
* Provide support to key client stakeholders and be available to answer queries.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Self‐starter with a passion for sales.
* Ability to plan, schedule and forecast.
* Initiative and lateral thinking for problem‐solving.
* Track record of achieving targets and meeting activity KPIs.
* Full Driver's License.
