We are seeking ambitious university students or graduates who are eager to learn and take on new challenges in the field of Human Resources.
The 12-month graduate program will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of HR work, including Learning and Development, Recruitment and Selection, Human Resource Management, Human Resource Strategy, Diversity and Inclusion, Employment Relations, Workplace Health and Safety, Performance Management, Workforce Planning, Metrics and Reporting, and Rewards Management.
Through placements across various HR areas, you will gain hands-on experience working alongside colleagues throughout the organisation.
Upon successful completion of the program, you will be promoted to the AE5 level, setting you on a pathway for a career with purpose.
A merit pool may be created to fill future vacancies which have the same or similar requirements to this position.
