Job Description
The Second in Charge will provide quality care and education to school-aged children while incorporating their ideas and expertise to create a fun-filled environment. They will build respectful and long-lasting relationships with parents and carers, as well as their fellow educators.
This role involves planning, delivering and reflecting on programs that are not just compliant but exciting, inclusive and filled with moments that matter. The successful candidate will also support the daily running of the service by bringing a calm and capable vibe to the centre.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A cleared valid Working With Children Check
* Diploma of Children's Services or related qualification (desirable)
* Strong understanding of the NQF, My Time Our Place, and what 'quality' really looks like in OSHC
* Be willing to champion quality programming and mentor your team
* Meet the requirements to be a Responsible Person or be keen to take on this responsibility
