Flannerys Benowa and Miami are on the lookout for a passionate and customer-centric Retail Assistant to join our vibrant team on a permanent part time basis - commencing in March, 2026.

The hours? Good question! We have two roles available:
Role 1 in our Benowa Store: Approx. 3 days, 15 hours per week, working a Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday.
Role 2 in our Miami Cafe: Approx. 3 days, 20 hours per week, working a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday (choose 3)

We're looking for someone who has:
* Exceptional customer service skills - previous retail experience a must
* Cash handling experience, including working with POS systems
* Ability to work as a part of a team and individually, across all store departments
* Positive and teachable attitude
* Ability to manage inventory and merchandise in-store (some occasional heavy lifting may be required)
* Flexibility in working arrangements
* Someone with world-class enthusiasm and initiative (we can't teach that)
