FRM Model Management is a fashion & commercial modelling agency with over 30 years industry experience. We supply models for print, campaigns, showroom work, fittings, runway and television. FRM has been home to international supermodel Ajak Deng.
Internship Role (this is not a univesity internship)
We have an exciting opportunity for a lucky intern to join the team here at FRM Model Management for two or three days a week (MUST BE AVAILABLE 2-3 DAYS A WEEK) in our Prahran office This role will allow the successful candidate to observe and learn the daily operations of a modelling agency. With no two days ever the same, you will be learning how to create and distribute marketing material, learning social media tools and strategies, and learn the 'behind the scenes' of the modelling industry. On completion of the internship, the successful applicant will feel confident using Adobe programs, have improved written and verbal communication skills and will have a well-developed understanding of how a successful fashion business operates.
Successful candidates will have the following skills:
* Adobe Photoshop / Adobe InDesign
* Marketing and Social Media
* Written and verbal communication skills (
English to be 1st language preferred or must be well spoken and articulate in speaking English).
* Writing emails effectively under supervision
* Must have the ability to learn under pressure
* Can work under supervision on tasks and support a team
* Has the capability to take direction well
* Have some experience within the fashion or modelling industry
Candidates must be:
* Friendly and outgoing.
* Willing to learn.
* Driven and enthusiastic.
* Available 9am – 5pm two or three days a week and able to commit to a 4 or 6 month internship (days allocated accordingly).
* Available to start ASAP to begin the training process.
This position is ideal for someone studying fashion, digital media, graphic design, marketing, public relations or business.

This position is unpaid. However, the internship can be accredited to relevant tertiary study requirements/Professional Experience Programs. We require you to bring a notebook and a great attitude No expenses will be covered.
