Job Advertisement - Talent Acquisition Specialist (Contract)

• An exciting contract opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who thrives on attracting and securing high-quality talent in a high-standards, fast-paced environment.

• Partner closely with hiring managers across corporate, development, construction, sales and marketing to deliver thoughtful, efficient and high-touch recruitment outcomes.

• Play a key role in shaping candidate experience, recruitment process excellence and Lowe Living's Employee Value Proposition as the business continues to grow.

• Join a collaborative, office-based team currently located in Sandringham (with a planned office move to South Melbourne mid 2026), supporting an exciting pipeline of luxury residential and commercial developments.

What You Will Be Responsible For

Talent Acquisition & Delivery

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from role briefing through to offer and onboarding handover.

• Develop tailored sourcing strategies including direct sourcing, advertising, referrals and agency engagement where required.

• Screen, interview and assess candidates to ensure strong capability, cultural alignment and long-term fit.

• Deliver a consistent, premium and high-touch candidate experience aligned to the Lowe Living brand.

• Prepare offers, contracts and manage pre-employment checks.

• Achieve agreed recruitment KPIs including time-to-fill and quality measures.

Stakeholder Partnership

• Build trusted relationships with hiring managers across the business.

• Provide practical advice on role scoping, salary benchmarking and market conditions.

• Coach hiring managers on best-practice interviewing and selection processes.

• Support selection decisions and provide structured candidate feedback.

Recruitment Process & Continuous Improvement

• Maintain accurate recruitment reporting and documentation.

• Identify and implement improvements to systems, templates and recruitment workflows.

• Produce recruitment reports and insights for ELT, including trends and hiring metrics.

• Contribute to workforce planning and proactive resourcing discussions.

Employee Value Proposition & Brand

• Support the ongoing refinement of Lowe Living's EVP.

• Ensure all recruitment messaging reflects our premium positioning and culture.

• Gather candidate and hiring manager feedback to continuously elevate the experience.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 4 years' experience in end-to-end recruitment, either in-house or agency.

• Proven experience managing multiple roles and competing priorities.

• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build trust.

• Demonstrated capability in proactive sourcing and securing high-quality talent.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• High attention to detail and strong organisational capability.

• A professional, calm and solutions-focused approach.

Experience within property, construction or real estate is desirable but not essential.
