The Role
As Marketing Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of the centre's marketing and communications. From planning and delivering campaigns to managing digital channels and local partnerships, you'll play a key role in building the centre's profile and driving visitation and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute marketing initiatives that increase foot traffic and sales
* Oversee digital and social media activity, content, and community engagement
* Manage events, promotions, and local partnerships
* Collaborate with retailers to support store-level campaigns and cross-promotions
* Track marketing performance and manage budgets effectively
The Candidate
* Currently a Marketing Manager in a retail or shopping centre asset
* Strong campaign management and digital marketing skills
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
* Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or Communications preferred
* Able to balance creativity with commercial focus
