About Greenway Views

LDK Seniors’ Living’s flagship village Greenway Views is located in Tuggeranong in Canberra. Located opposite the South Point shopping center, Greenway Views is a walking distance to the Tuggeranong town centre. The village consists of 327 apartments and is home to nearly 400 residents over the age of 65. The village has over 6,000 square metres of communal space facilitating social connectedness and a vibrant village community. LDK delivers lifestyle-for-life through a variety of age-friendly facilities, amenities and activities for both independent and non-independent residents. On-site facilities include a gym, art centre, chapel, dance room, theatre, library, several hospitality outlets, village shed, barber shop, hairdresser, medical consultation room, grocer, purpose designed meeting spaces and a dog park.

About the Role

The Rostering Administrator at LDK, rosters and schedules our staff to provide at home care services in their homes. Our rosters are set according to agreed timeframes and in line with LDK’s vision and values and operating requirements. 

Role Responsibilities (but not limited to):

* Rostering the Village Care Team for resident visits in accordance with their care plans and in compliance with the relevant award
* Ensure compliance with relevant awards and agreements, rostering staff accordingly and fairly.
* Process roster changes (e.g. leave requests, shift swaps, emergency cover) efficiently, maintaining alignment with resident care requirements.
* Provide administrative support to the care team, including: Accurate data entry and maintenance of scheduling records

Hours of Work
This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday 2pm - 1030pm with participation in an alternate on-call roster as required.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

* Experience in Aged Care, with specific emphasis on the delivery of home care services or equivalent experience.  
* Work related learning in rostering and award interpretation in Aged Care
* Ability to assess and triage competing priorities
