Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Podiatrist based at our Castle Hill, NSW clinic. The Podiatrist will perform comprehensive foot and lower limb assessments, diagnose conditions, develop personalized treatment plans, and manage a variety of foot-related health concerns. Responsibilities include providing services such as custom orthotic fittings, biomechanical assessments, and treatments for chronic illnesses such as diabetes. Maintaining detailed patient records, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and offering preventative care advice are key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Podiatry and Medicine-specific knowledge to assess, diagnose, and treat foot and lower limb conditions.
* Knowledge of Biomechanics to analyze and address movement-related issues.
* Experience in designing and providing Orthotics to support patient needs.
* Understanding of Diabetes and its impact on foot health, with the ability to provide appropriate care and management strategies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with patients and team members.
* Commitment to continued professional development and staying current with industry advancements.
* Hold relevant qualifications in Podiatry and current registration with the appropriate professional body in Australia.
* Experience in a clinical setting is preferred, but new graduates with a passion for patient care are encouraged to apply.
