**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to manage the human resources function across the Asia Pacific region and drive people and culture strategy and operations. Reporting to the Regional Director, this position is part of the Senior Management Team and is based in our regional head office at Eagle Farm in Brisbane. Key accountabilities of this role are
- Develop and execute strategic and operational plans across HR and Payroll by partnering and influencing stakeholders
- Deliver on Key Performance Indicators as outlined in the Asia Pacific Strategic Plan
- Develop and implement robust systems, policies, and procedures to maximize organizational efficiencies
- Ensure harmonious employee/industrial relations, including EA negotiations
- Drive organizational development including leadership programs, talent development, and performance management
- Liaise with external regulatory bodies to ensure standards and legislative requirements are adhered to.
**Skills and Experience**
- Undergraduate or Postgraduate qualifications in HR or a relevant field
- Solid and demonstrated experience in a senior management role in HR, including ER/IR expertise and EA negotiation
- Strategic thinking, leadership, and planning skills to execute and deliver on organization development and other P&C; initiatives
- A passion for people and ability to establish valued working relationships across all areas of the business.
- Ability to travel overseas as and when required
