Occupational Therapist | Home Care & NDIS | ACT
Guide Healthcare is a young business with a passionate team of Allied Health professionals focused on helping people improve their quality of life. We partner with organisations that share our ethos and support unique, individualized care plans. Our team includes Physios, OTs, Podiatrists, Speech Pathologists, Dietitians and EPs who deliver care face to face or via Telehealth when needed. Our Guidians focus on the individual, with no one-size-fits-all approaches.
Responsibilities
- Assess and support residents in Aged Care, Home & Disability Care with diverse caseloads and experiences.
- Provide OT services face to face or via Telehealth to achieve client goals and improve quality of life.
- Develop and implement client-centered programs and systems; participate in cross-site initiatives and award-winning programs.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support clients and their families.
Qualifications
- Full AHPRA registration
- Current National Police Check
- Current valid driver's licence and own vehicle
- Working with Vulnerable Peoples Check - with NDIS Clearance
- Be fully vaccinated - COVID-19 & Flu
- Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills
- Demonstrated commitment and passion for promoting the quality of life of the elderly; ability to think creatively and develop programs

- Salary starting at $80,000 + Super + CPD (Negotiable depending on experience)
