Senior Associate or Special Counsel - Government Procurement
Hall & Wilcox invites applications for an experienced senior corporate and commercial lawyer with 5–9 years of post-admission experience to work with a highly regarded partner in Melbourne.
The role involves commercial law matters, including commercial contracting, major projects, and government procurement & probity for Commonwealth and Victorian government departments and agencies.
This is a permanent, full‑time position, with consideration for flexible working arrangements, and requires a Commonwealth security clearance at NV1, NV2 or Baseline.

About You
* Minimum 5 years of post‑admission experience
* Experience in commercial contracting, government procurement, projects or probity
* Background working for or with the Department of Defence and/or the Victorian government is a plus
* Commonwealth security clearance at NV1, NV2 or Baseline
* Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively
* Confidence in managing matters end‑to‑end and handling a busy workload with competing timelines
