We are currently seeking a Service Advisor to join the team at Lismore .
What the role entails:
4. Providing the ultimate customer service experience to our clients face to face
5. Building and maintaining positive customer and employee relationships
6. Maintaining regular contact with our customers to provide updates
7. Communicating with internal department teams to make sure all vehicles are completed and ready on time for our customers as promised
8. Handling customer concerns and complaints with prompt solution based outcomes
9. Eagerness to learn and grow, while being humble when mistakes are made
10. Offering accurate estimates for customers requiring additional work or repairs
11. Being a champion of objections – There is always a positive outcome!
12. Ongoing training and development. If you have the desire to grow we will get you there
What we are looking for:
13. Proven experience as a Service Advisor highly desired, or
14. Experience in Banking, Real Estate or customer facing roles highly desired
15. Excellent customer service with well-developed verbal and written communication skills
16. A proactive person who presents professionally – Appearance is everything!
17. Experience in a Department where KPIs are used
18. Experience with Pentana Solutions (Reynolds & Reynolds) highly desired but not essential
19. Ability to sell additional work as required – Overcome objections
20. A person who enjoys creating memorable customer experiences
21. Someone who can work autonomously but thrives when part of a team. Culture is important to us
22. Someone who loves a challenge and has a strong focus in customer experiences
