Postdoctoral Research Associate - Molecular Genetics and Genomics Division
We are seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Fellow to join our team in the Molecular Genetics and Genomics Division. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on an exciting project that focuses on studying the relationship between chromatin packaging and transcriptional regulation during development and disease in mammalian cells using single cell technologies.
* This project involves conceptualizing and conducting experiments to support research projects, reviewing related literature to support experiment design and report development for presentations and seminars, writing and publishing articles in peer-reviewed journals, and participating in collaborative research within our institution and with external labs.
Responsibilities:

Requirements:
* PhD in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or Genomics with strong bioinformatics skills
* Proficient in using single cell or low cell number experimental and/or clinical samples
* Familiar with open-source DNA-seq, Bisulfite-seq, ChIP-seq, and RNA-seq analysis pipelines
