We're seeking a driven and strategic Regional Sales Manager to lead a high-performing Neuromodulation team across Queensland, with a strong presence in Brisbane and flexibility for candidates based on the Gold or Sunshine Coast.

About the Role
You'll take ownership of a dynamic territory, leading a team of six (five in QLD and one in WA), while remaining close to the action, partnering directly with clinicians and supporting procedures in theatre when needed. With around 10–15% of your time spent in clinical settings, you'll stay connected to the products, the patients, and the outcomes that matter.
Your portfolio will focus on advanced neuromodulation therapies, including spinal cord stimulation and radiofrequency ablation, in a highly competitive and rapidly evolving market.
What You'll Be Doing
* Driving commercial success by winning new business and expanding relationships with key clinicians
* Leading, coaching, and developing your team in-field to maximise performance and capability
* Executing strategic initiatives to enhance sales force effectiveness and market penetration
* Differentiating your offering in a crowded market through strong value-based selling
* Supporting cases, follow-ups, and clinical engagement as required
* Building a collaborative, high-performance culture grounded in accountability and results
* Navigating and leading change with confidence, both personally and across your team
