The Role....
Identify and research high-performing growth markets across Australia
Build on your already strong relationships with selling agents
Source quality on and off-market opportunities
Assess properties using data and fundamentals
Present structured opportunities to investor clients
Negotiate and secure investment-grade assets
Help design and refine acquisition systems and processes
Initially, you'll be hands-on, but as we scale, you'll have the opportunity to help recruit and lead a team of Buyers Agents nationally.

Strong negotiation track record
Deep understanding of investment-grade property
Confidence working with investor clients
Ability to analyse data and long-term growth drivers
High standards and personal accountability
This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone experienced who wants to step into something bigger.
