Our organization is seeking a skilled Facilities Supervisor to join our team. This role will involve providing day-to-day and long-term facilities management across our Melbourne assets.
The successful candidate will work closely with Facilities Managers and Facilities Technicians to provide the best services to our residents.

The Facilities Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating activities such as deliveries, completion of tasks, hands-on repairs, maintenance, and supervision of the Facilities Technicians.
All are underpinned by identifying ways to provide a better experience for our residents both now and in the future.
To be successful you will have:
* A trades background or relevant tertiary qualification is desired.
* Previous experience working with third-party contractors is desirable.
* An understanding of general building services is essential.
* Experience managing a team with a high level of responsibility is required.
* Proactive, committed, and with high attention to detail are essential skills.
* Strong communication skills that promote positive interactions with stakeholders and residents are necessary.
* Knowledge of safe and efficient operating procedures is vital.
* Experience in leading and training a team to provide amazing customer experiences is preferred.
* Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all tasks.
Shifts are from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
There may be some Saturdays and occasional Sundays and public holidays.
