Job Title: Business Development Manager
We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. This is a key role that offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our sales strategy and drive growth in a dynamic market.
The ideal candidate will have experience in driving sales and managing customer relationships across various markets, including government agencies, defence, and commercial entities.
* Develop and win new business
* Execute sales plans
* Maximise the portfolio of existing clients
* Report directly into the Head of Sales
* Have a traceable sales record
* Appreciate different markets; Commercial, Government Agencies
The successful candidate will be responsible for exploring and developing new customers across Australia and APAC, as well as developing plans for after-sales support.
This is a mid-senior level full-time role with a competitive salary.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Qualifications in Engineering would be desirable
* A proven background in business development with Account Management experience
* A strong network in Defence Aerospace
The successful candidate will thrive in developing existing markets as well as targeting new markets.
