Job Title: Tourism Manager
The Tourism Manager is a key player in elevating Optus Stadium's reputation as a prominent tourist destination within Perth's visitor economy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the stadium's tours program, delivering exceptional visitor experiences and integrating it with broader activities.
* Oversee tour sales performance, merchandise, visitor insights, and budget to inform continuous improvement and innovation.
* Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including government bodies, tourism organizations, trade partners, and media outlets.
* Drive tourism growth by developing new products, experiences, and partnerships that attract domestic and international visitors.
* Represent Optus Stadium at industry forums, meetings, and committees to enhance visibility and influence.
To succeed in this role, candidates must have at least 8-10 years of experience in senior tourism, destination development, or visitor economy leadership positions.
