Our ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of the automotive industry, exceptional communication and customer service skills, and a strong ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
As a Service Advisor for Toyota, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive a world-class Customer Service experience. Your responsibilities will include liaising with the workshop and parts departments, coordinating repairs and maintenance, and providing accurate estimates and updates to our clients.
The role requires full work rights in Australia, relevant experience in a similar role within a Retail or Service-related environment, excellent communication, numeracy and customer service skills, and a willingness to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations.
