Job Overview
You will complete a Certificate III in Waste Management qualification over 18 months through a combination of formal training and practical on-the-job experience. This comprehensive program will equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in waste management.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Work within a diverse team at recycling and waste facilities, leading operational teams to achieve efficient resource recovery outcomes.
* Perform recycling operations using manual separation techniques, mobile plant, high tech fixed plant, and sorting equipment.
* Complete duties in various operational areas such as transfer stations, garden organics & bulky waste collection, weighbridge operations, buy-back centers, and recycling attendant roles.
* Operate heavy machinery and vehicles, ensuring safety and efficiency in all aspects of your work.
