We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales leader to join our team as an Assistant Manager.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of strong achievements within a KPI structure, exceptional time management and organisational skills, and previous leadership experience in retail.
Key Responsibilities
* Sales Leadership: Support, coach, and motivate your team to meet and exceed store targets.
* Culture Development: Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement through coaching and training.
* Retail Operations: Manage retail operations, including stock control, store policies and procedures, staff scheduling, and tracking sales team performance.
Requirements
* Proven Track Record: A proven track record of strong achievements within a KPI structure.
* Leadership Experience: Previous leadership experience in retail, ideally with a focus on customer service and team development.
* Exceptional Skills: Exceptional time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
