We are seeking an experienced Billing Specialist to join our Brisbane office.

This role is responsible for coordinating and completing billing for designated clients, including high-value and complex matters, to ensure consistently high-quality service delivery to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
* Coordination and completion of billing for designated clients, including collaborating with partners, legal assistants and our Finance team to promptly resolve billing related queries.
* Resolve unprocessed or rejected invoice issues and support invoice processing and vendor relationship management for designated clients.
* Adhere to our client billing protocols and requirements and assist the Finance team with any bill rejections and related corrections.
* Work closely with the finance team and legal assistants to review and streamline existing billing processes and provide input and support on billing related projects.
* Provide problem solving support regarding billing and if a solution cannot immediately be found, take responsibility to ensure a solution is found.
* Assist with the coordination of reporting for designated clients.
* Provide adhoc billing support generally across all offices as required.
Skills and Experience
* Previous experience in preparing and coordinating large, complex bills
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Proven ability to problem solve
* Minimum of 3 years' experience with law firm or similar environment experience
