As a seasoned sales executive, you will provide strategic direction and guidance for product sales across a large region, spanning much of Victoria and South Australia.
* Drive business growth and achieve profitability goals by leading and developing a high-performing sales team.
* Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize market share and revenue.
* Provide expert advice on inventory forecasting and management to optimize asset utilization.
* Recruit, develop, and manage a team of sales professionals, including product managers.
* Nurture key relationships with major agricultural manufacturers and assist with contract negotiations.
Requirements
* Proven track record of senior-level sales leadership experience in the heavy agricultural machinery sector.
* Demonstrated ability to develop and implement sales strategies and plans that drive business growth.
* Exceptional relationship-building skills, particularly with key manufacturer partners.
* Strong financial acumen and experience with pricing strategies to maximize margins.
* Ability to travel extensively and relocate within a two-hour commute of Ballarat, Victoria.
