We are seeking experienced Disability Support Workers : High clinical adaptability, with the ability to respond to individual participant needs. Strong critical thinking skills to support participant safety, independence and wellbeing. Excellent communication and teamwork, collaborating well with participants and families as well as multidisciplinary teams Consistent reliability and professionalism, including punctuality, adherence to organisational policies, and representing HCA to a high standard.
