We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and client-focused Commercial Property/Agricultural Solicitor to join our respected and friendly client based in Perthshire.
About the role
You will manage a varied caseload involving:
* Sales, purchases and leases of commercial property
* Agricultural transactions including farm sales, purchases and tenancy arrangements
* Rural land matters, including crofting and estates
* Supporting clients with a wide range of property-related legal issues
You'll work closely with the firms' established client base of landowners, farmers, rural businesses and commercial enterprises, delivering clear, practical advice with a personal touch.
About you
* Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years PQE in property law (commercial and/or agricultural)
* Strong understanding of rural business needs and the Scottish property market
* Excellent communication, negotiation and client-care skills
* Self-motivated and able to manage a diverse workload
* A genuine interest in living and working in a rural community
