Enterprise clients are huge businesses; household names in their own country with billions in sales. The Enterprise Solution Consultant plays a key role in winning and managing these clients. You will work hand in hand with the commercial, delivery and operations teams.

Your role is to show the client that our technology will meet their needs during and after the sales process. Once a client has been won, the Enterprise Solution Consultant will stay with that client, leveraging relationships built during the sales process to drive further engagement. When you are with the client you represent Eagle Eye and when you are with Eagle Eye you represent the client ensuring we are always finding the optimal fit between product and development to meet their needs.

The successful applicant will be highly technically skilled, innovative, a great communicator with strong levels of emotional intelligence.

**TYPICAL DUTIES INCLUDE**
- Supporting the Eagle Eye team in the pre and post sales process
- Driving high level technical solutions to satisfy the vision of the client, highlighting value in the Eagle Eye platform
- Supporting the transition into the Delivery, Support and Account Management teams
- Actively pursuing potential for additional revenue from existing customer engagements
- Run and contribute to both functional and technical workshops for larger customers as part of the project lifecycle as requested by the Project or Account Management team
- Engaging with the product managers to aid roadmap planning based on active conversations with Enterprise clients with a goal to arrive at shared funding for new future features and functions
- Actively inputting into Eagle Eye's strategic vision

**Requirements**:
**YOU HAVE**
- A blend of great business savvy, technical prowess and persuasion power
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in a similar role
- Excellent analytical skills to analyse customer requirements and map these to key platform capabilities
- Strong technical and functional understanding of software platforms and especially APIs
- Strong understanding of database and other system components
- Strong technical understanding of the Google Cloud Platform
- Proven experience of planning, facilitating and leading workshops and meetings to deliver an agreed outcome
- Proven experience of delivering complex software solutions to large retail customers
- Awareness of security considerations underlying the Eagle Eye platform
- Awareness of the software development lifecycle
- Desirable to possess an understanding of the retail and/or hospitality technology space
