Remuneration : $34.46 - $35.54 + 11.5% Super + Salary packaging

Position Overview – Nephrology Clinical Service Unit (Job Share Role)
This position is based within the Nephrology Clinical Service Unit, working closely with. Two other Administration Assistants. A multidisciplinary team of Doctors, Nurses, and Allied Health professionals
Key Details
* This is a job share role with fixed working days: Monday and Tuesday only (please note: these days are non-negotiable)
* The role involves a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support the unit’s operations
Primary Responsibilities
* Performing a high volume of clinical typing with accuracy and efficiency
* Answering telephone calls and directing enquiries appropriately
* Managing and updating digital medical records
* Providing general administrative support to the department as required
* Ensuring timely and effective communication across the clinical team

* The ability to think on your feet and adapt to a dynamic environment
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
* Confidence working both independently and as part of a team
* Self-motivation and the ability to work without direct supervision

* Ongoing support and guidance from a collaborative and friendly team environment
