Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A minimum of Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or Bachelor of Education qualification
* Experience working in a childcare or early learning environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organizational and time management abilities
* Creativity and passion for play-based learning
