IGA Bilgola Plateau is seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Department Supervisor to join our busy and highly productive team.
A current NSW RSA and prior supermarket or grocery store experience are essential. The ideal candidate will be punctual, reliable, have strong communication skills, present well, and be dedicated to providing excellent customer service.
Your duties will include general supermarket tasks such as operating checkouts, restocking shelves, receiving deliveries, and unpacking pallets. Once you're familiar with our operations, you may also be asked to handle stock ordering and supervise other staff members.
