About the Role
This is a varied, physical role that blends customer service and sales with warehouse and store duties. You'll spend part of your day helping customers in store and online, and part of your day loading/unloading trucks, operating a forklift, and keeping stock moving.
If you've got rural retail or ag knowledge, great. If not, but you're enthusiastic, practical and customer-focused, we'll back you with training.

What You'll Do
* Serve and support customers across counter sales & online orders
* Load/unload trucks and move stock safely (forklift operation preferred)
* Pick/pack customer orders
* Merchandise products, restock shelves, and keep the store looking sharp
* Assist with ordering, stocktakes & store administration
* Be a key team player in opening/closing and day-to-day store operations

What We're Looking For
* Forklift licence (or willingness to get one) – big advantage
* Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling/heavy lifting
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
* Knowledge of ag products (stock water, feed, fencing, chemicals, animal health) highly regarded
* Computer skills (POS, Microsoft Office, online orders)
