Team Leadership and Development: o Provide strong leadership, guidance, and mentor-ship to the management and team o Foster a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement, growth, and retention. o Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify training needs. o Recruit and on-board top talent, ensuring a skilled and motivated team. 4. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in business management, engineering, or a related field. An MBA is preferred. * Proven experience in a senior leadership role, within the skylight or related industry is a plus. * Demonstrated success in distributor management, sales strategy, and business development. * Strong financial acumen and ability to analyse and interpret financial reports. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with key stakeholders. * Result-oriented mindset for achieving business objectives. * Exceptional leadership abilities, with a focus on team development and motivation and growing a great culture. * Proficiency in using various business management software and systems.
