We are a busy seafood restaurant located in the heart of Bunbury, Western Australia, and are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and has a strong understanding of restaurant operations, customer service excellence, and team leadership.
Position Overview
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for the overall management and day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service delivery, compliance with health and safety standards, and effective team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient and high-quality service
* Manage opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reporting
* Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety regulations
* Recruit, train, supervise, and manage restaurant staff
* Prepare staff rosters and manage labour costs
* Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
* Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth service flow
* Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage supplier relationships
* Maintain operational records and reports
