The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Sales / Personal Assistant to support our Sales Director, Kellie Quinn, across all areas of our business. You’ll be side by side with one of the top-performing agents in the region, helping to deliver exceptional results and customer experiences.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is super enthusiastic and thrives in a high-energy environment
- Loves helping people and building relationships
- Has outstanding attention to detail and organisational skills
- Is either a licensed Real Estate Agent or actively undertaking their Certificate of Registration course
- Wants to learn and grow “the Kapalua way”
What You’ll Do
- Provide executive and sales support to our Sales Director
- Manage schedules, appointments, and client communications
- Coordinate property launch events and keep sales processes running smoothly
- Work with buyers from initial enquiry through to settlement
- Assist with open homes, inspections, and client events (including retirement sector functions)
- Support residential and project sales campaigns from start to finish
- Represent Kapalua with professionalism, energy, and warmth
What You’ll Bring
- A genuine passion for real estate and helping people
- High-level customer service skills and a positive, can-do attitude
- Initiative, adaptability, and drive to excel in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Immaculate presentation and strong communication skills
- Previous real estate experience is highly regarded but not essential
